This ladder is great. We have been using it with the girls at practice. They still have along way to go, but it's a great workout for them. The parents are enjoying too. It is a tough workout I can see how it will work. Since we got ours we have scene other teams using them now too.

I bought the speed ladder for my daughter and it is great.easy to adjust and puts up in a nice bag.if your looking for a speed ladder this is the one to buy.

In 10 short days, my son has shown visible improvement with his footwork, and this ladders is well-designed. If you want to to improve leaden-footedness, this is a good product. Buy two, if you can. That's the only regret I have considered the shipping was quite a lot.
