Safety Sleeve Elastic (patent pending) protects your athletes and yourself. Limits maximum safe stretch distance. If elastic breaks, it will coil safely inside the sleeve preventing injury. It also helps protect this training tool by protecting the elastic from wear on tracks, roads, ground, etc. Also protects from overexposure to latex material.
Always inspect resistance cords for wear before every workout and replace at least every 2 years. Goggles are recommended when using resistance cord devices.
NEVER stretch cord more than 3 times its length.
