A classic, compact scorebook, great for tight spaces on scorers' tables. This vertically-oriented book was designed in the 70's, with all levels of use in mind, including pro. Many of the squares are very small though, especially for running score & personal fouls. Since there's no sample page available, here is a summary of the format: 1. Spaces for 15 players, but one row of scoring numbers only. All of the usual totals are included, plus optional rebound and assist columns. There's no place for quarters played. 2. There's plenty of room for all of the personnel, coach, referees, etc., but no place set aside for technical fouls, 3-point goal totals (scratch over the FGA column), or alternating possession. There's also a place for quarter and team statistical totals. 3. There's only small boxes for time outs, but you could add some info for time outs of varying lengths or when they were taken in the margin given. 4. There's only boxes for 8 team fouls per half. The boxes are big, but very little room for the other two, so extra notation is required. That's the only big drawback I've found to this format. Overall though, especially for summer or intramural ball (my case), this book is nice and compact and is significantly better than using photocopies of one-page PDF's found online. It's nicely published with solid covers and thick paper, and makes for a nice permanent record for your team's season, especially if you're in a league where each team has to provide a scorer (but you don't have required forms). There's just not enough space though for high school or college games, where some "audit trail" data is required to be filled in as the game progresses.
