Floor plate cover is safely secured in mounting frame assembly and designed to lie flat on the floor while equipment is in use preventing damage and injuries to players should someone accidentally step on it. When not in use, the cover is secured flush with the playing floor by a special snap-in latch mechanism. A special cover removal key is provided to prevent use by unauthorized individuals. This unique design has a slotted opening in the floor plate allowing up to 2-5/8" of movement of the wood flooring. The entire floor sleeve assembly is cast in a high quality zinc alloy with a durable brass plated finish. This floor sleeve system is designed to be installed after the finished wood flooring is complete.
