Porter Sleeper Type Floor Anchor. Designed for use in wood over concrete type floors where wood flooring does not exceed 2 1/4" total thickness. Anchor installs after finished floor is in place by means of double acting masonry anchor. Top plate assembly is 3 1/2" diameter chrome plate with countersunk holes for four 3/4" flat head wood screws.
