Product was great, customization shipping ETA and communication was not. Paid for expedited shipping. Was told equipment broke down and would be delayed. Two days in a row was told it was shipping today. Finally spoke with the office manager (Cody) who spent much more effort telling me how big of an operation he had and how things work than just getting up from his desk and getting me a real ETA on delivery. In the end he expedited my shipping and they were about a week late on the ETA. Good quality though. Probably will not use them again for printing.
