I've used it every day in practice. It's not just useful for passing but setting as well. It allows the boys to see visually how close they are to where we as coaches would like the set or pass to go.

Not as sturdy as expected. The plastic part that allows the target ring to be adjusted is worrisome. No problems yet, fortunately.
