Knee pads are fine but the sizing chart on the website is inaccurate. According to that sizing chart, I measured the children as instructed, the size was small knee pads. However the knee pads were too tight on 3 of the girls(2 couldn't even get them on). I would recommend you order a size or 2 larger or go to a store where you can try them on.
